School Magazine Evaluation

Evaluation

What went well?

  • The research of other school magazines, gave me lots of ideas on how to create my own front page cover, and contents for my school magazine. Furthermore, I analysed magazines that were weak in order to improve mine, by knowing what not to put.
  • The photo's I took are intriguing because they in-capitulate emotion, joy, as well as the environment around them.
What didn't go so well?
  •  The photo I took didn't match the requirements of the magazine, and therefore I had to crop the image using Photoshop.
  • When researching other magazines I miss-allocated my time, although being beneficial, resulted in the overlooking of the requirements for my magazine.
What would you do to improve?
  • I would improve by taking a more variety of shot types to have a greater choice when editing my magazine.
What have you learnt through this process?
  • When producing my magazine, I became more confident with using Pages, as I experimented with the software.
